Product availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable before an order can be fulfilled, Merci may cancel the affected order.

If an order is cancelled because the ordered product is unavailable, Merci will provide the applicable store coupon in accordance with our Returns/Exchange Policy.

Merci may also correct or update product descriptions, measurements, availability, pricing, photographs, and other website information when errors or changes are identified.

3. Orders

Placing an order through the website does not necessarily mean that Merci has accepted the order.

Merci reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order depending on the circumstances.

All prices and applicable charges displayed at checkout will apply to your order unless there is an obvious pricing or information error.

If an obvious pricing error is identified, Merci reserves the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

Merci currently accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Payments are processed through Razorpay and may include payment methods such as UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets, subject to the payment methods available through Razorpay at the time of purchase.

5. Order Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel an order free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been labelled and dispatched.

Once an order has been labelled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Merci does not accept general change-of-mind returns.

Eligible defective, damaged, missing, wrong-item, and size-exchange requests are handled according to our separate Returns/Exchange Policy.
