Shipping policy

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is on our roadmap and we'll update this page when it opens up.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of being placed. We don't process orders on Sundays or public holidays — an order placed then begins processing the next working day. Once your order is packed and handed to our courier partner, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way.

If your order has more than one item, everything ships together in a single package.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — ₹100 5-7 working days from dispatch.

Fast Delivery — ₹180 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Chennai Express — under 3 hours If you're in Chennai, you can get your order delivered in under 3 hours via Porter or a similar on-demand courier. This is priced separately based on your exact location and is calculated at the time of delivery rather than a fixed checkout rate.

We ship via Shiprocket and its network of courier partners, and we currently deliver to every serviceable PIN code in India.

Delivery Timelines Are Estimates

The timelines above start once your order is dispatched, not when it's placed, and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier network issues, weather, regional disruptions, or high-demand periods, and we'll do our best to keep you updated if that happens with your order.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged from shipping (different from an item being defective or incorrect, which is covered under our exchange policy), reach out to us at contact@mercishop.co. We handle these case by case, and you'll be offered either a reshipment or a refund.

Undelivered Orders / Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails and your order is eventually returned to us, we'll get in touch with you to figure out the best next step, whether that's a reattempt, a reship, or a refund, depending on the situation.
