Do you ship across India, and how long does it take?
We currently ship across India only. Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. Shipping is a flat ₹379, added at checkout.
What's your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery if your order arrives defective, damaged, or with an item missing. Email merciboutiquesocial@gmail.com to report it, and depending on the situation, you'll get a replacement or a coupon.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of cost, as long as it's before your order has been labelled and dispatched. Once it's dispatched, it can't be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders are prepaid, paid in full at checkout. We don't currently offer Cash on Delivery.
What fabrics does Merci use?
Roz is cut in pure mulmul cotton. Kaftans are cut in sheer, lightweight georgette. Bloom and Khaas use a mix of fabrics chosen for how they drape and wear. Exact fabric for any piece is on its product page.
What sizes do you carry?
We currently stock M, L, and XL. Every product page has a full size chart with shoulder, bust, hip, and length measurements.
How do I take care of my Merci pieces?
Mulmul cotton and georgette both do best with cold water, a gentle hand, and shade instead of direct sun. Read the full wash and care guide for the complete routine.
